Founded in 2020, Victor started SpruceUp to become the first rebuilding developer in the Wichita Falls area. Victor comes from a family of entrepreneurs and home builders, and has worked in the financial investments sector for over 12 years. The strengths of our team combined create a dynamic effort that will ensure accuracy and innovation to every project handled by SpruceUp.
