We were able to customize every detail of our home and made several improvements over the years. We sold this beautiful home in 2020 to make SpruceUp a reality.

This home was the second house we purchased with the intent of making it one of our projects as a rental property. Our renter has lived there since 2013 and we love her. We have a special relationship because of the experiences we have shared.

This home was the first house we purchased with the intent of fixing it and then re-selling it. It went from being a catastrophe house to a beautiful home. The house had such an odd design that we ended up bring it to bones and redesigning 100%. Ended up being a very spacious and well thought plan. The house sold prior to being able to be placed on the market.

This was our first home and we eventually converted it into the first of our projects without even knowing. Our renter was there for approximately 4 years when she decided to move and a friend of ours needed a home and we sold the house to him. Continues to be a beautiful property in faith village.
